Rights and obligations owner of the dog (s):
• The owner must have a liability insurance (WA Verzekering in The Netherlands), he or she remains responsible at all times for the actions of the dog
• The owner of the dog (s) shall ensure the yearly vaccination against rabies and kennel cough
• The owner of the dog (s) provides for the preventive treatment against fleas, ticks and worms
• The dog (s) must wear a proper collar and leash (no choke chain)
• The dog (s) must know the basic command ( “here” / “sit”)
• The dog (s) must be social to get along with other dogs and people
• Puppies may join from 6 months
• Bitches in heat are not allowed, a separate agreement can be made, but there are some extra charges
• The owner of the dog (s) accepts that the dog (s) upon returning home may be dirty and wet and take appropriate measures for this.
• The owner of the dog (s) shall ensure that the dog (s) are present at the appointed time and place
• The owner of the dog (s) authorizes JoeDog to provide medical care, at the expense of the owner of the dog (s), if JoeDog deems it necessary. If it turns out that a major surgery is necessary, JoeDog will together with the vet contact the owner of the dog (s) first
• The owner of the dog (s) must be reached by telephone at the times JoeDog walks the dogs
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• If there is no payment of the services after 30 days a 10% increase of the total amount will be applicable. ,After 60 days of delay the total amount will be increased by 30%
• JoeDog will rescind the contract In case of repeated non-payment.

Rights and obligations JoeDog
• The dog (s) will be picked up at the agreed time and delivered at the agreed address by JoeDog
• JoeDog walks the dog(s) during the agreed period
• JoeDog is not to be regarded as the owner of the dog (s)
• JoeDog has the right to let the dog (s) off the leash, unless otherwise agreed
• JoeDog is not liable for damage caused to / by the dog. Any costs of medical care and claims for damages to third parties will be for the owner of the dog (s). If it is not clear which dog (s) has caused the damage, the costs of the damage is divided between the owners of the dogs
• JoeDog is not liable for damaged property caused by a wet / dirty dog, JoeDog will leave the dog as dry / clean as possible
• JoeDog is not liable for damage / burglary, unless it can be demonstrated that it is due to the abuse of the key left in his care
• When medical attention is necessary (after contacting the owner), JoeDog will bring the dog to the vet. Costs are for the owner of the dog
• JoeDog reserves the right to exclude dogs due to repeated unacceptable behavior
• JoeDog reserves the right for excluding the dog from the group, if it appears that the dog (s) has a contagious disease
• JoeDog reserves the right to refuse to dogs in advance, if this dog (s) may pose a danger to dogs or people
• JoeDog reserves the right to refuse dog (s) if the dog (s) develops behavior, which renders the dog (s) for a walk in groups
• In case of repeated non-payment JoeDog reserves the right to terminate the agreement
• Cancellations have to be done at least 24 hours in advance
• JoeDog reserves the right to temporarily put the job ‘ on hold’ for example for holidays. Holidays should be adverted with a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice.
